Natural Radiance Raspberry Collagen Mask: A Review

blogged by My.Name.Is.Jonna :) at Tuesday, August 14, 2012
It has been so long since I've done a product review here on my blog and I miss it so bad. So here I am making up guys.

You would probably remember that Natural Radiance  sent me some stuff for review which includes Raspberry Collagen Mask.

Few months ago, Natural Radiance sent over this to me but my thoughts were only put into words today. That is because, I wanted to give justice on this review. After consuming 1 pack of Raspberry Collagen Mask provided by Natural Radiance, I headed to the all time favorite local drug store by many, Watsons and bought some Raspberry Collagen Mask to try more and discover what this product has to offer . Though I know that I'm the girl-who-loves-facial-masks, I often do this beauty  mantra, as I call it since I'm contented with applying my cleanser and toner to prevent those annoying black/white heads from sprouting all over my face. With over 3 months of using this, I can confidently dispense my insights on this Raspberry Collagen Mask.

There are few reasons why I love this mask:
  • It has collagen and vitamin E which are both essential nutrients to achieve youthful and glowing skin. Vitamin E takes off those free radicals that damages our cells.
  • The pulp sheet is 100% natural thus preventing your face from further damage.
  • The consistency of the raspberry extract is not too thick, just enough to lather on your face giving you that cool and refreshing feeling afterwards.
  • The refreshing feeling lasted til next morning which I love. I feel that my skin was firmer as compared to last night.
  • It provides close adhesion to skin like what this product claims.
While there are pros of having this Raspberry Collagen Mask, below are few and small stuff which make me dislike it.
  • The smell is too strong for me. It has an "after taste effect" or maybe I'm just too sensitive about it.
  • I find it quite not easy to put the mask on my face. It needs to be re sized to fit properly. I hate it if the mask can't fit at least close to perfection on my face but this raspberry mask is  manageable so not really a big deal.
  • The price turns me off.  It's being sold at P59.75/pack. If I am using this at least twice a week, it will cost me P478.00 a month or P1,434 for 3 months. Just the thought of that made me freak out. I have to consider that I am still a student and got tuition fee to pay for so I might just save that amount instead. And so I used this raspberry mask once a week only. Don't get me wrong cause it's really worth the price. If you are not budget conscious like me then I really recommend you this.
  • Sometimes they are not available in Watsons.
I prefer to apply the raspberry collagen mask before going to sleep, the time when our skin gets to rest too. I've actually used some other variants like the ones below:

And here's the mini stand of other Purederm products inside Watsons at SM Mall of Asia.  I am blessed to have lived near this mall so whenever I wanted to go and watch movie or some shopping, I can just do so.

I hope you can try this wonderful product from Natural Radiance and please let me know your thoughts. Hop on their website and learn some other brands that they offer. If you are into Korean beauty stuff just like me then Natural Radiance is the right place where you wanna be.

I am not a fan of facial masks din. I tried it once palang, giveaway pa yun hehe, from Etude house sya. Parang wala lang. hehe Siguro it will show its effectiveness after using it several times no? Ako namamahalan ako kapag 50+ na. haha kuripot me! Bibili lang siguro ako nito kapag B1T1. Gusto ko try sis yung asa Saizen ba yon o Daiso? Basta yung charcoal mask :)

Yup, I heard and read several reviews about it. Unfortunately, the nearest store where I can get it is through Robinsons Galleria. Wala pa akong time eh. Naghanap na rin ako nun dito sa MOA pero wala eh. Hindi ko pa nga rin ubos yung pasalubong ng couz ko na skin food and EH face mask eh
