A Review: Human Nature Natural Purifying Facial Scrub

I love the fact that Human Nature is Pro-Philippines. They use ingredients found here in the Philippines. The effectiveness can be compared to other leading brands. Yes, we can create line of products which can equally compete in the international market, something that we Filipinos should be proud of. Pro-poor. They do not only support our local farmers enrich their lives but help increase their income exponentially thus helping our country as well. This purifying facial scrub comes in 50 ml contained in a tube made from recyclable material.  The substance is smooth and creamy in texture, slightly medium gray or light silver in color.  The expiration date is 1 year only since it has no synthetic preservatives that lengthens the life span of this purifying facial scrub. Thus, it should be properly stored. Do not leave it unopened.  

 It contains fine bamboo granules and strawberry seeds that naturally exfoliate the skin leaving it soft and healthy. 

What I love

• Though the direction suggests using it 2-3 times a week, I’ve been using it once daily and didn’t notice any adverse effect. 
• 100% No harmful chemicals/toxic substances, no parabens, no phthalates, only ingredients froms Nature's best.
• The 50 ml can last up to a month if used once daily and longer than that if applied 2-3 times a week. I still have some enough for 2 weeks usage.
• I never had any pimple outbreak 
• Doesn’t dry out my skin nor feel oily few minutes after. Please note that I have a slightly combination to normal skin type. 
• The packaging is biodegradable which means capable of being broken down into innocuous products. Really pro-environment huh!  
• I personally love the scent being a strawberry lover!

The Cons 

• There are relatively small numbers of strawberry seeds. I personally prefer having more so I can totally feel it while applying over my face.
• I am not absolutely sure about the scrubbing power since I only felt cleanse after using it as compared to St. Ives which has been my favorite facial scrub so far. The effect is noticeable in just a few minutes- clearer and fairer. Maybe I should use it longer and compared to the results.  Give me more time and let me see if changes have undertaken.
• I don’t know about you but for me, the price doesn’t compensate the results I get for. It’s more of cleanser rather than purifying facial scrub. That’s what I think so please don’t get me wrong.

Despite of this, I will still repurchase it!. I recommend using this before going to sleep. I hope they can come up with Sunflower facial scrub.  Scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, I will give a 7.5.
