Finally, after 2 days of waiting with my heart skipping a beat, my registration to 8th Philippine Blogging Summit has confirmed. According to the website, "iBlog8 is a 2-day FREE event. The first day (May 25) is targeted for bloggers, marketers, businesses and entrepreneurs wanting to understand how to tap blogs as a medium to promote their products and services. Also as a means to generate income. Day 1 also tackles advance topics on blogging – taking blogs to the next level. The second day (May 26) is meant to everyone interested about blogging."
Since I started to take blogging seriously, I figured attending on such event will be an advantage. One of the few things to further enrich my blogging skills is through various seminars and summit. Meeting other bloggers is such a rewarding feeling. Apart from the experience I shall encounter, gaining knowledge that will be instilled on my mind is what I look forward to. My desire to be part of this is so intense that it kept me checking my email every now and then. I was half-frustrated when I register and received no response until yesterday.
I was ecstatic when I caught sight of my name. It may not be a big deal for others but it's the other way for me. I used to attend innumerable summit and seminars back in high school but this one is entirely different. It's for personal reason, has something to do with my passion and not school stuff related which I'm really excited most. You may wish to visit their site here. See you there!
