I hope it wouldn't bore you to death if  I'll be posting my very first sweet talk with a beauty blogger named Maria. This came out 2nd week of April and I admit, I love reading it over and over. I just hope you too.  This is just one of the great things blogging can bring.Also, I'm considering of doing this in the future. Here it goes.

My Interview With Jonna :

1.Tell us about yourself?

            Hello everyone! I'm Jonna, sweet Asian from the Pearl of the Orient, Philippines. I'm a proud Filipino (and always will). A graduating student taking up Customs Administration, a passionate reader and frustrated writer,lol. who just recently realized I adore make ups, fashion and beauty.

2.How long have you been blogging?

            I've been blogging since last quarter of 2010 but I didn't take it seriously. In fact, it just served as my online journal of sort which can be seen only by me. Back then, I wrote mostly about my personal things. It was only last month when I came out of that shell to explore and at the same time, invade the blogosphere. It was crazy I mean blogging is as addicting as cocaine. J

3.What made you want to start blogging?

            It all started with this:  I had a huge crush to this boy back in elementary. I really like him to the core. Since i can't tell anyone about it and fear that my little secret might reveal, I started writing my own diary which I named "Kitty”. Silly I know. Even before, I've been very keen about my life that I wanted it be documented. Until now, my work and class activities (I’m a working student by the way) are orderly written on my planner. I started blogging because of these characteristics of mine. And just like any other bloggers out there, I've got tons of ideas which I would love to share to everyone. The very purpose why I blog is to share real life lessons, that somehow I will be able to touch others' life once they stumble upon my little blog.

4.How do you come up with posts?

            I look around and observe people come and go. I lay down on my bed, close my eyes and doing some introspection of sort. Whatever comes on my mind actually, even when i am riding on a public train. I simply jot them down on my handy notebook or in my iphone. Never am I going out without my handy notebook, pen and my iphone.

5.What is your favorite thing to blog about?

            I’m spontaneous and free spirited Filipina. I blog about anything under the sun, even my life's little misadventures. At this moment, I’m on the process of rebuilding my blog. Just recently, I have decided that I’ll be posting more about health and beauty, though I admit I'm a late bloomer/sucker when it comes to this. Also about saving tips and being frugal.

6.Has blogging helped you in any way?

            Yes! it has completely helped me in so many ways! Blogosphere is the perfect place to hang out for a passionate reader and frustrated writer like me. It boost my self confidence, I gained friends though I don't personally know them and I learned things in so many ways. It's such a great feeling when someone shows their appreciation through their comments. Eventually, it has become part of both my lifestyle and system.

7.What do you wish to accomplish by having a blog?

            I know that my blog is still in its infancy. You could actually count my followers but I am keeping my hopes high that someday, I will be known as not-your-ordinary-girl type, a beauty junkie and simply being me.

           

8.Best thing about blogging?

            You are free to express your thoughts that one could harangue about ANYTHING. It amazes me how I connect to other bloggers knowing that they live halfway across the globe. Admittedly, it is through blogging that I have been appreciated and hell, I just love that.

9.What advice would you give to someone starting a blog?

            Get out from that shell in you. If you’ve got that something worth truly imparting then go ahead. Going through a breakup and embracing life’s sweetest downfall? Put them into words! Whatever you feel like blogging about. I am absolutely sure someone out there will greatly appreciate you not just as a blogger but as a person as well. Be creative and continue enhancing your skills. Just don’t forget to have fun while blogging.

Remember the boy I told you earlier? Whom I had a crush with? Just a few  months  after, he confessed he likewise had a crush on me. Yay! he was my very first boyfriend, my puppy love. Unfortunately, like any other romantic movies, we had no happy ending. We went on our separate lives in high school and never had the chance to communicate until 2 years ago. But we had such a cute and happy memories together.
